Man denies attempting sex with motorbike then kicking it when his efforts were ignored

A man is accused of dropping his trousers and having sex with a motorbike.

Kevin Chapman is accused of exposing his genitals and attempting sexual manoeuvres with a blue Suzuki motorbike

On the same day, it is also alleged the 33-year-old punched and kicked the same motorbike in Canterbury, Kent.

The alleged mechanophiliac denies exposing his genitalia and grinding the two-wheeled motor.

He also denied kicking and pushing the motorbike and said he was pushed into the vehicle by homeless people.

Chapman, of Ashford, Kent, pleaded not guilty to indecent exposure and causing criminal damage to the bike at Folkestone Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

The court heard Chapman had ‘no recollection’ of indecently exposing himself on March 27.

Chapman was said to be receiving treatment, had something to drink and overdosed on the day of the allegation, the court heard.

He will face a trial at Folkestone Magistrates Court on June 13.

In a separate case, Chapman also appeared at the same court for sending obscene messages on January 2 and pleaded not guilty.

Lynda Huppatz, prosecuting, said:

‘A gentleman said he received a message saying

“I’m coming for you, it’s your last day.I’m gonna cut you up so you are not recognisable to Stacey and the kids”.’

Chapman will face trial for this allegation on June 8 at Folkestone Magistrates Court.
