Arsenal fans have once again made their dissatisfaction with manager Arsene Wenger and the club’s board with a protest at the Emirates Stadium this evening.
A group of anti-Wenger Gunners supporters have hired out a projector to spread the #WengerOut message over their home ground in north London, and their old ground Highbury nearby.
Wenger has been under pressure at Arsenal lately after a series of poor performances and results, though the club did reach the FA Cup final last weekend and is still in the hunt for a top four place.
Many fans at the club feel the Frenchman has gone too long without winning the biggest trophies and spending enough money on established players, with increasing numbers of protesters with banners seen at matches in the second half of this season.LOL just walked past the Emirates Stadium and saw this being projected 😂 pic.twitter.com/nkAT9szyJp— Ιman | ايمان (@ImaniAmrani) April 28, 2017
Posting from their Twitter page @NoNewContract, this protest group have been tweeting pictures of tonight’s anti-Wenger message at the Emirates, while some fans have also uploaded images after walking past the stadium.
