Arsenal fans urge Arsene Wenger to re-sign Robin van Persie as Fenerbahce put striker up for sale

Arsenal fans urge Wenger to re-sign RVP as Fenerbahce put him up for sale
Arsenal fans began calling for Arsene Wenger to bring Robin van Persie back to the Emirates following Fenerbahce’s decision to put the forward up for sale.
Van Persie scored 132 goals in 277 appearances for the Gunners from 2004 to 2012 but made a controversial £22.5million move to Manchester United which turned many Gooners against the Netherlands star.
However, with the north London outfit on the hunt for attacking reinforcements, a large section of supporters are backing the club to go after the 32-year-old following Fenerbahce’s announcement.
‘Van Persie? We’re waiting for buyers, if he wants to be sold,’ Fenerbahce president Azil Yildirim said.
Many are desperate for Wenger to splash the cash on a quality striker, especially after missing out on Leicester City man Jamie Vardy, to help ease the pressure on Olivier Giroud.

Here’s how some Arsenal supporters reacted to Yildirim’s revelation…

Arsenal should resign Vanpersie then he will give his best to win the title with Arsenal
