Trump was reacting to allegations made by a Playboy and Penthouse model who said they went out four times
Throughout the conversation with Hayden, Trump trashes model Victoria Zdrok's looks - something that could hurt him with women voters
In yet another exchange that could hurt Donald Trump with female voters, the presumptive Republican nominee is heard calling a woman who claimed she dated him a 'f***ing third-rate hooker.'
The Daily Beast published a 12-year-old phone call between Trump and Chaunce Hayden, a former Howard Stern regular, who is the publisher of Metropolis Nights, described as 'New Jersey's No. 1 nightlife and entertainment magazine.'
At the time Hayden was with the now shuttered Stepping Out magazine and had reached out to Trump about claims model Victoria Zdrok had made about the 'Apprentice' host.
Zdrok had said that Trump had called Playboy to potentially hire her for a modeling gig, though really just wanted to ask her out.
Her claim to fame was that she had been the first woman to appear as both a Playboy Playmate and a Penthouse Pet.
She told Hayden that she and The Donald had gone on four dates.
'First of all, he's really arrogant,' Zdrok had told Hayden. 'He's really into himself! On a date all he does is talk about himself. He loves himself! The first thing he says to me on our date is that he's taller and better looking than what he looks like in pictures, and that people don't realize it.'
'He said, "People don't realize how handsome I am! He actually loves himself! I never met a more narcissistic person than Donald,' she continued.
'You feel just like a piece of jewelry when you’re with him. For him it’s all about looks, appearances, and signing autographs. He just loves it,' she added.
Another aspect of dating Trump, Zdrok said, was having to hear about his exes, including his two ex wives Ivana Trump and Marla Maples.
Trump said that Maples looked 'horrible' and 'like s***' post-divorce because she had lost weight and cut her hair.
'He just loves to talk about which women are in love with him and always calling him,' she continued. 'He loves to talk about how women are chasing him all the time, which doesn't make a girl feel special on a date.'
'The other thing he talks about is what a great lover he is. He said to me, "Once you made love to me, you'll never be able to make love to anybody else,"' the model added, telling the Jersey-based reporter that she had not slept with him herself.
Zdrok also accused Trump of being racist when it comes to dating.
'He would always talk about this one girl, a supermodel, and how he would give her the best orgasms of her life. And how she misses him so much,' Zdrok said. 'He told me he really likes this girl but he would never go out with her because he found out she was half-black and that would be bad for his reputation.'
'I thought that was very racist,' Zdrok commented.
'He didn't like that she was some weird ethnic mix so he wouldn't go out with her publicly, but that he really missed her and she was wonderful in bed. He needed somebody more mainstream.'
In the 2004 phone call, Trump pushed back against these allegations by telling Hayden that the two never dated, suggesting that Zdrok was an admirer coming out of the woodwork because of the success of 'The Apprentice.'
'Chaunce, this person, I don't even know who the hell she is. I never took her out. I don't know who she is. And, by the way, based on her picture, I would never take her out, she looked like a f***ing third-rate hooker,' Trump said.
'I mean give me a break,' the reality television host added.
Trump went on to tell the reporter that he has 'good taste in women.'
'Take a look at her picture,' Trump reiterated.
The businessman also explained that he would never use a Playboy centerfold to advertise his New Jersey casino business.
'I use models for that, I don't use Playboy people for that,' he said, adding, 'it's total bulls***.'
Trump also portrayed Zdrok as a near-stalker.
'I know one thing, She called up the office like 10 different times, years ago, this like five years ago, that's the only reason [I remember her name], because it was an unusual spelling, I never took her out, she wanted to go out,' Trump said, asking the magazine publisher if he had discussed the matter with one of Trump's employees who fielded the businessman's calls.
